Refunds are only available before or during the first week of scheduled classes under specific conditions.
If a student makes payment but never attends class, they are allowed a full refund as long as the request is received before or during the FIRST week of scheduled classes [in writng, via email: firstname.lastname@example.org].
Once the first week of scheduled classes has ended, no refunds will be given [full or partial].
If a student attends the first week of classes [one or both classes] and desires a refund, they may request a partial refund in writing via email: [email@example.com]. The refund would be reduced by the cost of one week of classes.
